You will be charged $7 a month for the main phone and $7 a month for the additional line (if applicable).

What is my monthly charge if I put my AT&T Internet Service on hold?
You will be charged $7 a month.

What is the minimum length of time that I can put my AT&T services on hold?
We recommend you put your services on hold for a minimum of two months.

What is the maximum length of time that I can put my AT&T services on hold?
You may put your services on hold for a maximum of nine months.

How much is the initial one time fee to place my services on vacation hold?
There is no initial one time fee to place your services on Vacation Hold.

What do I do with my equipment?
Keep as is; no need to return or disconnect while your services are on hold.

Can I keep my recorded programming on my DVR?
Yes, but you cannot view your recorded programming until you restore your U-verse TV service.

What DVR capabilities will I have?
None, however you will retain previously recorded programs prior to activating AT&T Vacation Hold and they will be available if DVR service is restored following the hold period.

Do I need to continue to pay my AT&T bill?
Yes, you can also sign up for AutoPay to help manage your bill.

Do I need to have U-verse TV to qualify for Vacation Hold?
You do not need to have U-verse TV to take advantage of Vacation Hold, but you will need to put ALL of your AT&T services on Vacation Hold. You must also be current with your AT&T payments.

I have a traditional land line, can I have it put on hold using this form?
No, if you have traditional phone service, you will need to call 1.800.288.2020 to have Vacation Service added for your landline.

What will be my Vacation Hold charges if I have U-verse TV and 2 AT&T Phone lines and AT&T Internet Service?
Your monthly fees will be $28 a month ($7 for TV, $7 for Phone line #1, $7 for Phone line #2, and $7 for internet).

Will there be any other fees?
If applicable, you will remain responsible for all fees related to any maintenance plan, or internet equipment fees.

When is my service restored?
Your AT&T service(s) will be restored on the date you selected.

Will my service work while I am on Vacation Hold?
Your U-verse TV, AT&T DVR, and AT&T Internet Service will not be available for use during Vacation Hold. Phone service will allow incoming calls and calls to toll-free numbers, while outgoing calls may incur a per minute fee.

How will I know my order was completed?
A confirmation email will be sent to you within 10 business days.
